Training to extend not just your lifespan, but your “playspan,” will ultimately lead to weight loss, increased lean muscle (strength), improved balance and flexibility, and greater happiness.
Tracy’s training sessions will challenge your body with various modes of exercise: cardiovascular endurance, metabolic intervals, strength training and balance/flexibility. You never want to push one mode so hard it compromises another, potentially leading to an imbalance in your body resulting in injury. Each custom program Tracy creates throughout the duration of your training will encompass all of these modes while she collects constant feedback from your responses to various movements that suggest future directions for training. Each session builds on your prior session, and is continually being adapted to move you toward your goals in a safe, steady, and even fun way as you become a healthier, happier you!
